I dreamed of being a writer as a kid. I guess I’ve succeeded, thanks to lots of support from family, friends, teachers, and publishers along the way. These images are of my first book of poetry, “published” when I was 9 years old. I scored a blue ribbon and lunch with an author.
I hope my poetry has improved since then, but my passion for language and writing hasn’t waned.
Thank you to publisher Finishing Line Press and Editor Leah Maines for their great support during this publishing process. “An Unwavering Horizon,” my new full-length collection of poetry is available for pre-order until March 6! Books ship May 1. I hope my poems speak to you. Humble thanks to those moved to buy a copy.
