Italian photographer Gianluca Frosini shot this beautiful image of aurora in Iceland a few days before I joined the group in March.
When I had the opportunity to try making some northern lights images myself for the first time, he was so helpful — finding a lens for me to borrow with an infinity focus setting focus and other features that made it much easier to me to capture the magic.
I hope to go on another photo adventure with Gianluca one day, but for now I’m thankful for the ability to connect and share with people like him around the world who truly care about the world, from here to Iceland to Italy and back.
